1. Introduction
Welcome to Magnetz.ie (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Wrap.it.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.magnetz.ie) and the purchase of magnetic car branding products (“Products”) in the Republic of Ireland and the EU. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Pricing & VAT Exemption
Prices listed on our website are in EUR (€) and exclude VAT.
Wrap.it.com is not currently registered for VAT under Irish law, as our annual turnover does not meet the Irish VAT registration threshold (€37,500 for services or €75,000 for goods, as per Section 65 of the VAT Consolidation Act 2010).
No VAT is applied to orders, and we will not issue VAT invoices.

3. Delivery & Postage
All orders are shipped via standard An Post road freight within Ireland unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
Expedited or alternative shipping methods (e.g., courier services) may incur additional fees and require prior agreement.

4. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
a. Incorrect Artwork
No returns/exchanges are permitted if the final Product matches the approved Proof.
Returns are allowed only if the Product deviates from the Proof due to our error.
Minor scuff and abrasion marks as a result of post processing including handling and shipping may occur and will only be shippid if deemed acceptable by us.

b. Defective Products
Report defects within 14 days of delivery via email.
Provide photographic evidence and order details.
We will repair, replace, or refund verified Defective Products.

c. General Returns
Custom Products (personalised to your specifications) are exempt from the EU’s 14-day withdrawal right under Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
